Daytime Support
This package gives you twelve hours of in-person support, scheduled in blocks of at least three hours, for all the unglamorous things that make you feel cared for, while you’re caring for your new tiny person. Meals, laundry, tidying the space you’re resting in.
And between the chores, there’s room to talk through how you’re really doing, who else in your corner can pitch in, and what you need next.

overnight support — 4th trimester
Six weeks of knowing sleep is coming! The fourth trimester is long, and sleep deprivation is not a personality, so this package builds rest into your routine from the start. You get 2-3 regularly scheduled overnights across your first six weeks, planned together before your baby arrives, so you always know when support is coming.
It’s predictable, steady care. You focus on healing and bonding, and I’ll handle the 3am wakeups.
-
I’ll be available during daytime hours to answer questions, concerns, and provide recommendations!
-
Virtual planning session to map out your schedule in advance.
-
While you sleep, I keep watch. Overnight care includes looking after your baby, washing and sanitizing bottles, tidying up, and getting your space ready for the morning, so you can rest without one ear open.
fee: starting at $5,400/6 weeks
