prep package
Birth takes a village, and sometimes you just need support building yours. This package is for the in-between moments: prepping for the weeks ahead, talking through the logistics of who's doing what, getting your space ready for your next phase.
Virtual prenatal planning session
Phone, text, and email support
Uniquely crafted resource lists
10-hour package of in-person support, broken into chunks of at least 3 hours.
Birth & Postpartum Prep can look like:
Emotional Support: talking through upcoming birthing experience, supporting identity shifts, connecting to mental health support, developing resource lists, providing space to process medical experiences as a queer or trans pregnant person, discussing birth plan and preferences
Physical Support: support practicing birthing positions/comfort measures, gentle movement, comforting touch
Readiness Support: preparing hospital bag, cooking & freezing food for postpartum, setting up postpartum baby stations, support building out your network of care with family and friends (setting up meal train, delegating tasks, boundary setting)
fee: $500
birth support
Pregnancy, labor, and delivery ask a lot of you (you’re making a whole new person!), and you deserve to ask for support too.
This package is full-circle care: prenatal meetings to build your birth plan and talk through advocacy, on-call support from 38 weeks through delivery, and a postpartum check-in to help you process it all.
Whether you're at home or in the hospital, delivering vaginally or by cesarean, induction or not - I am in your corner, holding space for your comfort, your voice, your identity, and your family.
-
I’ll be available from time of hiring through birth and initial postpartum.
-
During these, we’ll talk through birth wishes, options, expectations, and preferences. We’ll talk through advocating for your labor wishes, including a written birth plan, exploring labor positions and comfort measures, and preparing your partner/support person. I’ll also be there to help with preparing hospital bag, cooking & freezing food for postpartum, setting up postpartum baby stations, and anything else that you’ll need to feel ready for baby.
-
On call to support birth from 38 weeks, support through your labor and delivery with pain coping, positioning, advocacy, and support for your partner, both in your home and the hospital/birth center.
This can also include ambiance-setting with mood lighting, aromatherapy, and music.
-
We’ll process your birth experience, support your initial transition, and discuss any additional resources you may need.
fee: $1000
birth + visit support
You are worthy of safe, supported, inclusive care, through all the phases of pregnancy.
This package includes everything in the standard birth support, and puts a professional advocate in the room with you (at appointments, not just delivery day) so you're not the one explaining yourself, correcting pronouns, or bracing for the next question alone.
You focus on your care, and I’ll be there with you.

I’ll join you for pregnancy-related medical appointments you’d like support for. Having me in the room with you might look like just having another steady presence, someone advocating for you, someone taking notes for you, or grounding you through medical compliance - we’ll discuss in advance your needs, and what would be helpful.
